		<description>I feel sorry for the debtor in that case. The bungling of the case, with TWO bankruptcy cases filed means that that person will wind up with BOTH of them showing on his/her credit reports. One is hard enough, two is torture - even if it was dismissed, that guy/gal will be stuck with them both for 10 years !</description>
