The bungling of the case, with TWO bankruptcy cases filed means that that person will wind up with BOTH of them showing on his/her credit reports. One is hard enough, two is torture - even if it was dismissed, that guy/gal will be stuck with them both for 10 years ! I feel sorry for the debtor in that case.
