Excellent Information-- My personal situation is far worse--The attorney lied to the court that he had submitted --Interrogatories (Rule 33(a)) to me -he never did--then moved in with a default 55(a)--

Invoking Rule 60(b)(3) and Motion to Compel Rule 34 -- and opposition therien were not sufficient to remove the default. The judges continued to deny my Motions, including Motions to correct the record..

Are there cases online--that might be similar to mine--that might help me to remove this default--?
